There are many ways to pursue a life enriched by spirituality. My goal is to help people connect in a deeper way to who they are.
Connection happens in different ways, whether it is through communication with others, being in nature, or a yoga or meditation practice; there are many ways to connect, everyone takes their own voyage.
The more we are connected to ourselves, the more we can meaningfully connect to others and be in union with the universe as a whole.
Shifts in prana (energy) happen when you practice yoga.
Greater calm and self-knowledge are some of the benefits of meditation.
Listening to yoga talks and spiritual teachers can help you see things in a new way.

LIVE YOGA CLASSES
I teach Iyengar yoga which is excellent for students of all ages. You will receive personal instructions, corrections and modifications in real time to facilitate bringing awareness into your body. Sometimes the smallest correction makes a big difference.
Yoga props or household items like a chair or blankets are used to help you with alignment, stability and safety and to make the poses more accessible.
My classes take place on Zoom and in-person in north London. Whether you are live online or in person, the classes create a sense of community.

RECORDED YOGA CLASSES
Practicing yoga any time is a benefit to the mind and body. With the recorded classes, you can do classes at your convenience with detailed instruction. Yoga students often make similar mistakes in alignment, so even if you are not participating live, you can benefit from hearing me help other students with their practice.
LEARN TO MEDITATE
Meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence. It reduces stress and anxiety, enhances sleep patterns, lowers blood pressure, creates inner peace and connects you more deeply to your spirit. When our minds and bodies experience less stress, there is more room for creativity, peace, joy and enthusiasm for life that comes directly from our soul.
Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial sounds – the basic, most essential sounds of nature –
are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.
I provide a deeper understanding about the benefits of meditation and teach you to meditate in four interactive Zoom sessions. The second session is a private one-on-one meeting when you will receive your personal mantra.

A 2009 yoga class in Arizona was so powerful that I knew I had to make yoga a part of my life. I have always been a spiritual person, but didn’t realize until that day, that for me, yoga was a way to help me connect.
In 2010 I was introduced to Iyengar yoga. I immediately loved the method, which focuses on alignment and creating a deep body, mind and breath connection, and began a regular practice. At the same time I studied meditation at Chopra Center University in California, and became a Primordial Sound Meditation instructor.
I became a Hatha yoga teacher in 2013. And in 2015, I enrolled in Iyengar yoga teacher training—a three year training and apprenticeship program. I was certified at the national level in 2018.
